Administration Assistant

RESPONSABILITATI

Support to the Administration Department in accounting and other processes.

Centralization of the activity reports received from the ASM.
To take orders received by phone from customers.
To register orders received by phone, fax, e-mail in the Registry.
To update Dropbox Clients with QCs for reagents.
To draft the delivery and receiving documents (phones, tablets, cars, laptops) for employees.
Other administration and support tasks.

CERINTE

a. University Diploma
b. Strong command of Microsoft Office, additionally hands-on ERP (SAP Business One).
c. Strong communication skills.
d. High ethics and integrity.
e. Strong command in English.
