C# Development Team Leader
We are looking for a C# Development Team Leader for the development of next generation Retail applications suite. This position requires a person with excellent programming knowledge and experience in developing commercial software, who will contribute to the analysis, design, development and maintenance of various products.
to define and communicate objectives within the development team
to coordinate, track and manage the activities of the development team
to perform code review
to make the analysis of application requirements;
to determine and evaluate potential solutions;
to develop system specifications and requirements;
to create user stories and design application programs to meet the requirements;
to lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations;
to provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives;
to write clean, unit-tested code that is maintainable by all developers on the team.
He/she will work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from consultants; he/she will support and train team members by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities; he/she will collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application.

7+ years of C# using all versions of .NET Framework
Proven experience in design and implementation of complex systems with rigorous data;
Strong database skills and SQL skills. Working with huge database is a plus;
Experience in designing and developing desktop WinForms and WPF applications, MVVM pattern is a plus;
Experience in developing and implementing WCF services and Web services;
Experience with an industry-leader ORM, like Entity Framework, NHibernate or Link2SQL;
Experience of embedding quality into the development process, test-driven development;
Experience using TFS, GIT and Visual Studio 2010 or later;
Experience in multithreading, parallel programming is a plus;
Accounting experience and knowledge is a strong plus;
Leadership qualities and team leading experience in a small- to medium-sized team of developers;
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Fluent English (writing & speaking);
Good communication and influencing skills;
Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation and team building techniques
Strong sense of commitment and focus;
Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others;
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new products and technologies.
