Sales technical assistant

Responsabilitati

– Organize and tracking deliveries and internal and external transfers;
– Verifying and validating the transport documents;
– Compliance with data accuracy and timeliness of delivery;
– Processing orders and centralizing database;
– Centralization of data related to transport and orders;
– Preparing shipping documents and data operation;
– Tracking of shipments of goods – external and internal clients;
– Preparation of specific reports;
– Operating inflows in our management system;
– Managing and resolving errors occurred during the supply process
– Preparing and processing reports required by the head of department;
– Working with warehouse management for efficient goods transfer activities;
– Processing orders and centralizing the database to the sales department.

Cerinte

– Technical knowledge is a plus;
– Higher education, with emphasis on technical education
– Fluent in English at intermediate advanced level (written and spoken) with good communication skills;
– 1+ years’ experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (customer care, technical support, cooperation with public institutions);
– Computer skills – intermediate/advanced: Word, Excel;
– Adaptable person, proactive, with flexible thinking and initiative;
– Ability to work independently and to cooperate internally and externally
– Communication and organizational skills;
– Directed toward details and ability for a precise work.
– Driving license B category – mandatory.
