Support Assistant

Responsabilitati

• Inventory management;
• Organize and tracking deliveries as well as internal and external transfers;
• Organization receiving documents and activities;
• Support within the sales department;
• Basic documents translation and reports from and to English;
• Supporting reports upon request;
• Knowledge of MS Office, Planning Applications, Databases;
• Detail oriented and an ability to work with accuracy;
• Work closely with the sales team; collaboration with public institutions;
• To prepare specific activity reports.

Cerinte

– University degree;
– Fluent in English at an advanced level (written and spoken) with good communication skills;
– 1+ year experience in a similar position in a commercial environment (customer support, technical support, in collaboration with public institutions);
– PC operation – medium /advanced: Word, Excel;
– Adaptive person, proactive, with flexible thinking and initiative, capacity for quick learning;
– Ability to work independently and to cooperate actively in the internal and external environment;
– Communication skills, organizational and relationship skills, development;
– Detail oriented and an ability to work with accuracy;
– Enjoyable presence
– Higher education, with emphasis on technical studies.
