Requirements Key Account Manager
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Toy Industry and generally in sales force for more than 8 years. Experience in toy industry is necessary
- Working sales experience in Hypermarkets needed
- Bachelor Degree
- Communication and organizational skills, as well as team spirit
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Fluent in the English language
- Driving license
Responsibilities Key Account Manager:

- Sales Development
- Processing, Developing and implementing “win-win” relationships with customers
- Direct contact with the key buyers of the customers
- Coordinate with all departments to service customer
- Enforce and overlook that all sales terms and agreements are upheld
- Monitor the competition in order to be pro-active towards the customers
- Prepare presentations with the cooperation of all relative depts. (marketing, trade marketing, sales administration)
- Develop and integrate the sales plan by customer
- Select products and quotas in alignment with the target
- Launch and promote new brands / products
- Plan orders and shipments to customer per month
- Plan the shelf space and merchandising program
- Assist in the development of the promotional plan
- Participation in industry trade shows
- Market research
- Control of inventory – Manage sell through
