• Engineering Degree (Road construction and traffic planning)
• Sound knowledge in the field of concrete technology
• Knowledge in the field of statistics
• Preferable -knowledge in the field of Romanian statutory provisions concerning road constructions
• Reporting skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• English – fluent
• High willingness to travel – 95% national, 5% international
• Driving license
• Well-groomed and self-confident appearance
