Senior accountant – pharmaceutical field

• Higher education in Economics/ Accounting
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting (preferably in Big4)
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Solid knowledge and experience of standard office IT applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently in English
• Is flexible, open to change and proactive.

Job description

• Operating daily invoices, analyses legal compliance of documents received from third parties based to internal rules
• Conduct monthly and quarterly accounts reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
• Assuring that all records, transactions, reports and documentation above are compliant with Romanian regulations
• Preparing tax and related returns, as well as accurate and timely calculations, submissions and settlements of liabilities to the state budget according to tax regulations (VAT, WHT)
• Offering support during yearly audits and tax audits
• Prepare ad-hoc reports up-on request.
