Logistic Manager – Hunedoara

Job Brief

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager’s responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Logistics Manager Responsibilities:

  • Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
  • Planning and monitoring outgoing deliveries.
  • Keep track of stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
  • Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
  • Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Logistics Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
