Digital Marketing Manager – Sibiu

 

Office location: Sibiu, full time on-site (Relocation package)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors overall performance and proposes the strategic marketing direction for the brand
  • Supervises brand presence and content creation
  • Manages the advertising budget and the overall advertising strategy, by perfecting the mix of channels to meet the CPA and customer acquisition goals
  • Manages the team and sets performance-driven goals for both the team and individual members
  • Supervises service promotions (makes estimates; proposes site changes and decides on image and wording together with the Inbound Specialist; sets up tasks and follows up on implementation; gathers results and follows retention performance for each campaign)
  • Supervises device promotions (follows competition and compares device portfolio and pricing; sets tasks for promotional pricing)
  • Supervises retention efforts and develops action plans together with the retention team to reduce the overall churn rates.

 

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience (5-10 years) in marketing strategy, campaign management and team coordination
  2. Experience in working with online advertising platforms and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc)
  3. Strong knowledge in defining a consistent communication strategy
  4. Ability to define and sustain relevant KPIs for online marketing efforts
  5. Good understanding of affiliate marketing tactics
  6. Experience in working with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to offer feedback
  8. Strong attention to detail
  9. Economics/Marketing/Communication/Social Sciences background is a plus.
