Job description / responsibilities
The JuniorProduction Specialist will be responsible for carrying out end-to-end production activities in compliance with safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and internal procedures:
- Execute production processes across synthesis, dispensing, packaging, and related operations.
- Ensure production requirements and material needs are met in accordance with GMP and Good Radiopharmacy Practice (GRP).
- Monitor production systems and perform maintenance or repairs as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production procedures, instructions, and methods; revise as needed.
- Perform calibration, qualification, and validation activities for devices, systems, and processes; report results appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications / skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Interest in maintenance and repair processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to flexible and intensive working conditions.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong motivation and willingness to work night shifts are essential.
Working conditions
- Alternating weekly shifts: 1 week night shift / 1 week day shift (5 days per week).
- Night shift: 00:00 – 07:00
- Day shift: 08:30 – 17:30
- A company pool car is available for employees working on the production side
