Senior SAP Business Consultant (SD/MM) – Hybrid

Key responsibilities

• SAP Customization & Configuration: Design, implement, and optimize solutions in SAP S/4 Hana with a focus on SD/MM modules.
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Process Design & Harmonization: Drive the standardization of ERP processes across European entities, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Consulting & Training: Provide Europe-wide support and training to SAP users and key users, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with specialist teams and external consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• International Projects: Contribute to global roll-outs, data migration initiatives, and business partner implementations.
• Strategic Facilitation: Serve as the liaison between IT and business units, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs.

Candidate profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (minimum 3 years).
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4 Hana environments, with extensive experience in SD/MM customizing and SAP Fiori Apps.
• Strong background in data migration and business partner implementation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex tasks and deliver structured solutions.
• Innovative, service-oriented, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is an advantage.
