Account Representative – services for the textile industry
KEY TASKS
- Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services for defined customer segments
- Making presentations of the company services, preparing offers, negotiations, contracts and fittings
- Start-up of a new customer
- Contract renewals and updates
- Customer feedback handling
- Establishing and developing long-term relations with customers
- Termination prevention
- Follow-up customer profitability counting results and needed actions
- Support internal cross-function tasks
- Co-operating with colleagues in order to share knowledge and best practices
- Reporting about activities and progress in CRM / to direct superior.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Formal education (university degree)
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Account management (2 years, but newcomers will also be considered)
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Driving license
- Good English skills
- Positive way of seeing things, open-minded
- Interest in Account Management and solution sales
- Dynamic, results-oriented personality
- Ambitious, perseverant, initiating, flexible, and persuasive
- Respect for different opinions
- Self-respect with good manners,
- Willing to learn customer profitability principles and to lead customer decision process.
