Account Representative – services for the textile industry

KEY TASKS

  • Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services for defined customer segments
  • Making presentations of the company services, preparing offers, negotiations, contracts and fittings
  • Start-up of a new customer
  • Contract renewals and updates
  • Customer feedback handling
  • Establishing and developing long-term relations with customers
  • Termination prevention
  • Follow-up customer profitability counting results and needed actions
  • Support internal cross-function tasks
  • Co-operating with colleagues in order to share knowledge and best practices
  • Reporting about activities and progress in CRM / to direct superior.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Formal education (university degree)
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Account management (2 years, but newcomers will also be considered)
  • Good PC skills (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Driving license
  • Good English skills
  • Positive way of seeing things, open-minded
  • Interest in Account Management and solution sales
  • Dynamic, results-oriented personality
  • Ambitious, perseverant, initiating, flexible, and persuasive
  • Respect for different opinions
  • Self-respect with good manners,
  • Willing to learn customer profitability principles and to lead customer decision process.
