ACCOUNTS RESPONSIBLE

Requirements for Accounts Responsible – Suport financiar in activitatea de vanzari: 
– Minimum 2 years experience in accounting;
– University Degree in Economic Studies;
– Fluency in English;
– Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
– Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
– Very good communication skills;
– Knowledge of the Accounts Payable/Receivable concepts

Responsabilities: 
– Increase productivity and efficiency by making the necessary entries and reconciliations with the customers during the period in a timely manner.
– Apply collections (accurate and in a timely manner).
– Interface with Sales department to facilitate the collection process, by delivering different reports re. customers( accounts statement, rabates estimation, so on).
– Conduct accounts reconciliation.
– Identify areas of dispute through billing reconciliation.
– Direct implication in Collection of all outstanding receivables- including preparing files for customers in litigation.
– Perform credit checks, under Sr.Credit Controller supervision.
– Perform risk assessment for new and existing customers.
– Communicate with Customer Service/Sales Departments
– Drive improvements where possible
