Administrative & Sales Assistant – Medical equipments

Requirements:

– Has good knowledge of the sales processes and products in the company and supports the work of the Field Sales Agents

– Manages the documentation related to the sales (creates offers, contracts, invoices and tracks the status of the clients’ queries)
– Communicates with current and potential clients regarding the company products
– Works with the CRM system, updates the information and creates reports;

– Supports with administrative and operational activities, related to the smooth functioning of the office;

– Communicates with the accounting agency and coordinates the documentation flow

The ideal candidate:

– has an interest in the industry that the company operates in

– is an active person and has a proactive approach

– feels better and is more efficient if he/ she works independently (no need of constant supervision)
– has successful track working as an administrator/ operational or sales assistant (at least 2 years of experience)
– preferably had experience in a sales

– prefers dynamic environment
– has very good communication skills
– has good computer literacy (MS Office, other softwares)

– is native in Romanian language

– Foreign languages: English (advanced level) and Bulgarian language (preferably, but not mandatory).
