Company
With current operations in four countries in Europe and sales in 30 countries in the region, the company wants to expand its sales team with Sales Manager based in Romania.
Position
The company wishes to expand its sales activity in the Balkans and especially in Romania and wishes to hire a sales professional with experience in the building material industry to expand its customer network. He/she will report to the Regional Sales Director. He/she will be in charge of
o Developing a network of the company in Romania and after in other countries in the Balkans.
o Find and train new contractors.
o Work with existing contractors to develop their regional sales activities.
o Develop new partnerships with drywall and membrane manufacturers
o Leading certification and promotion activities for the company in Romania
o Develop specific projects with general contractors, local authorities and leading architectural offices.
o Liaise with certification authorities for coordinating certification activities with the company.
Profile
– Bachelor or Master or equivalent by experience
– 5 years min sales development experience preferably in the building material industry.
– Good communication and presentation skills
– Self-starter and organized
– Ability to work with a technical product, talk business and sell value (vs. commodity)
– Experience in working with international companies
– Romanian native with good English knowledge and possibly other European language

– Home office.
