Purpose for Client Service Executive Market Research & Analysis – Retail Audit

Contributes to driving client value and to the achievement of agreed revenue, profitability and client satisfaction targets for clients through the delivery of insights, the development of client relationships and added value services to clients.

⇥Provide support in the day-to-day management of clients by achieving a high level of visibility/contribution to key client contacts and obtaining regular client need input
⇥Develop and deliver insights and recommendations that are aligned to client objectives and that have quantifiable value for the client
⇥Operate within the framework of the account plan and provide input into the detail of what needs to be delivered within what timeframes
⇥Identify revenue opportunities at assigned clients by discerning client needs within the agreed account plan and highlight need for specialist assistance of other services/products, as appropriate
⇥Share knowledge and contribute information about industry/client with team.

⇥Good understanding of FMCG industry and trends
⇥University degree (Marketing/ Business related)
⇥Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
⇥Computer Literate
⇥1-2 years experience on a similar position
⇥Good interpersonal skills – ability to develop relationships at all levels of client organisation
⇥Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
⇥Ability to work in a high performance team.
