CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE – Quantitative Research

Main Job Responsibilities:

Design fieldwork materials and attend field “de-briefts”
Independent preparation of research proposals, reports and presentations
Monitoring and supervising fieldwork
Knowledge of research tools, methods and models/software
Involvement in specifying and checking computer tabulations
Input into specifying data analysis specifications and checking data
Attendance at relevant training sessions
Budget preparations on project profitability
Client servicing.

Qualification & Experience:

Ø Bachelor Degree in any Social Science field or mathematics/statistics
Ø Minimum 1 year research experience in a market research company
Ø Familiar with Research Design instruments
Ø Hands-on exposure in data analysis and reporting
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Good spoken & written English
Ø Good computing skill especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ø Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking
Ø A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently
Ø Dedication and good determination to meet deadlines.
