📍 Bucharest, Romania
Your Mission: Support the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating day-to-day project activities, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Project Manager in the day-to-day management and delivery of construction projects.
Coordinate project communication, meetings, and follow-up actions between contractors, designers, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, reports, registers, and document control.
Review technical documentation, completed work records, and payment documentation before submission for approval.
Monitor project progress, schedules, risks, and key performance indicators, escalating issues when required.
Ensure the fulfillment of the site documents for the construction technical book.
Prepare management reports and provide operational support for project planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management.
Practical experience working in large-scale projects (hotels / residential / mixed-use)
Expertise in coordinating project documentation and multidisciplinary teams.
Good understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
Experience working with international standards or brands is a plus.
Professional working proficiency in Romanian and English (Russian is a plus)
