Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager

Your Mission

Ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of construction works by coordinating subcontractors, organizing site activities, and maintaining construction quality, safety, and schedule in accordance with project requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of subcontractors on site.

Coordinate construction activities and ensure proper sequencing of works in line with the approved schedule.

Monitor construction progress, site productivity, and compliance with project timelines, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements.

Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and work areas.

Inspect completed works, support work acceptance procedures, and monitor the timely resolution of defects and punch list items.

Ensure the fulfillment of the site documents for the construction technical book.

Resolve day-to-day construction issues and escalate critical matters when required.

 

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction site operations.

Practical experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on medium or large-scale construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, site logistics, sequencing, and quality control.

Experience supervising daily construction activities and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Experience working on hotels, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is a plus.

Professional working proficiency in Romanian and English (Russian is a plus).
