Continuous Improvement Engineer – Hunedoara
Responsibilities:
- Engraining the Continuous Improvement mentality across the plant via consistent and clear messaging and guidance
- Managing all relevant stakeholders & built valued relationships in order to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support achievement of exceptional results
- Being responsible for the alignment of continuous improvement process
Skills & Attributes:
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Analytical skills and strong conceptual attitude
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
- Evidence of self-motivation to continuously develop in the areas of Manufacturing
- A passion to provide exceptional operational improvements and results
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Continuous Improvement
- A bachelor and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management/Industrial Management.
- Knowledge and expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies and tools (Lean 6sigma, TPM, TPS),
- Project management skills
- Resilience to work through challenges
- Advanced business writing skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel , PowerPoint , Thinkcell
- SAP Production and Maintenance would considered as an extra asset
