- Excellent knowledge of accounting practice & proper booking of accounting entries
- Design and implementation of accounting controls
- Financial modeling & financial projections expertise
- Cash flow forecasting expertise
- Budget development experience & actual-to-budget analysis/remediation experience
Experience
- Experience forecasting short term, mid-term & long term funding needs in order to proactively engage on capital raising needs
- Experience assessing the difference between short term funding vs mid-term funding vs long-term funding needs to avoid a mis-match of assets to liabilities
- Experience in navigating the challenges of a growing company
- Represent the company with investors
- Undergraduate degree in either Finance, Accounting or Business
- Experience reading complex legal documents & financing agreements
