Responsabilities as CORPORATE M&A LAWYER:

We are looking for an experienced (3 to 5 years) corporate and M&A attorney, capable of dealing with mid-size and large M&A transactions as well as with daily corporate and regulatory work.
• Qualified 3-5 years work experience in corporate M&A; preferred industry: energy / telecommunication
• High level fluency in English in all respects a must
• Background with a law firm, which adheres to Western standards, would be a plus.
• Strong motivation and professional commitment required in order to be able to assist top-tier international accounts and fulfill elevated legal tasks
• Team player; also capable to work independently
• Client and solution oriented
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Requirements:

• Range of tasks, including drafting, reviewing of documentation as well as deal negotiation
• Provide timely solid advice to clients
• Coordinate transaction teams.
