Key Responsibilities:
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing budgets and plans as agreed with Group headquarters.
- Managing business units by their directors and ensuring their overall performance meets the Group’s standards.
- Overseeing business development and acquiring new/key clients.
- Maintaining the overall relationship management of the company and its customers.
- Establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements to accomplish the objectives of the company.
- Collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees to build the company’s image.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization and group standards.
- Communicating with the company’s headquarters and cooperating in developing and executing the business strategy in Romania.
- Ensuring compliance of the company with Group policies and procedures.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Significant professional experience in B2B services, including financial services and banking sector.
- Excellent relationships with mid and high-level executives from the banking and financial sector.
- Strong business sense and understanding.
- Open to communication and cooperation with Group Management and Group Business executives.
- Ability to travel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
