COUNTRY SALES MANAGER
Responsabilitati
• Contribute to formulation of sales policy and marketing strategy for the company
• Plan and implement marketing strategy in order to maintain and upgrade nationwide company products positioning and brand image
• People management and responsible for the P&L of the subsidiary
• Provides the best solutions in terms of organizational structure and team development for an efficient client service.
Cerinte
• A degree in business or a science subject and good communication in English language
• Experience in sales and sales management with a strong professional sales culture.
• The ability to lead at senior level different sensibilities inside the company, with key accounts and with Headquarters.
• Strong negotiating skills developed within a challenging sales environment. If possible in our field ( Medical Laboratory )
• A team player, with good diplomatic and organization skills, able to cooperate effectively across the company and contribute constructively to a multi-functional and multi-national management team.
• The ability to introduce new ideas and initiatives to an established organization, and to put new ways of working into practice.
