CRM Specialist

Job description:

  • Responsible for managing CRM systems (customizations, configurations, administration of users)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any customer queries or issues to maximize their satisfaction
  • Building complex work processes to improve the user experience and system configuration
  • Day to day: work closely with customers, granting them support over chat/phone. In addition, characterize and implement business logic according to clients’ needs.
  • Team of 3 team members, working days Monday till Friday: 9:00-18:00.

Requirements

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Background in Information systems
  • Experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM – Advantage
  • BA in Industrial Engineering and Management – Advantage
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Experience of 1-2 years.
