- Responsible for managing CRM systems (customizations, configurations, administration of users)
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer queries or issues to maximize their satisfaction
- Building complex work processes to improve the user experience and system configuration
- Day to day: work closely with customers, granting them support over chat/phone. In addition, characterize and implement business logic according to clients’ needs.
- Team of 3 team members, working days Monday till Friday: 9:00-18:00.
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Background in Information systems
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM – Advantage
- BA in Industrial Engineering and Management – Advantage
- Technical background preferred.
- Experience of 1-2 years.
