Customer Care Agent – financial services (tax recovery & reimbursement)


  • Customer management
  • Customer and partners support (issue solving, responding to requests, requesting documents)
  • Preparing documents for the customers
  • Communication with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, authorities etc.)
  • Other E-mails and calla handling (handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and tracking incoming e-mails directed to Customer Support Team address)
  • Sales support activities (identify opportunities with current customers, sending offers to new customers).

Job requirements

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other language is an advantage
  • General IT skills at a medium level. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, well-funded leve
  • High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility
  • Open and positive communication behaviour
  • Ability to work in a team and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility, adaptability, good attitude towards changes
  • Acts goal-oriented and self-organized
  • Delivers according to the agreed objectives
  • Works mainly self-motivated
  • Thinks critical and goal-oriented
  • Constantly align with his superiors
