Customer Care Agent – financial services (tax recovery & reimbursement)
Responsibilities
- Customer management
- Customer and partners support (issue solving, responding to requests, requesting documents)
- Preparing documents for the customers
- Communication with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, authorities etc.)
- Other E-mails and calla handling (handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and tracking incoming e-mails directed to Customer Support Team address)
- Sales support activities (identify opportunities with current customers, sending offers to new customers).
Job requirements
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other language is an advantage
- General IT skills at a medium level. MS Outlook, Word, Excel, well-funded leve
- High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility
- Open and positive communication behaviour
- Ability to work in a team and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility, adaptability, good attitude towards changes
- Acts goal-oriented and self-organized
- Delivers according to the agreed objectives
- Works mainly self-motivated
- Thinks critical and goal-oriented
- Constantly align with his superiors
