RESPONSABILITIES for Customer Service & Logistic Coordinator – multinational company:

Inbound:
– Contracts with suppliers, working with carriers, cargo delivery and declaration, custom formalities.
– Negotiate and transmit orders, transport;
– Follow closely the performance of the carriage and accuracy of drawing instruments;

Outbound:
-⇥To issue shipping documents for the orders, given by sales team and received over the telephone
-⇥To order transport and follow up delivery accuracy
-⇥To get feedback from clients on the deal-closing

General:
Maintain a good relationship with customers and carriers, both internal and external.
Makes reports, weekly / monthly / annual transportation related.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Working experience in logistics, 3 years of experience in logistics coordination
-Customer orientation
-Who pays attention to detail, conscientious, organized and serious
– Proficiency in English
– Very good communication skills and negotiation
– Computer skills
– Ability to quickly find solutions.
