Junior Customer Service Representative – German/ English

Responsabilitati

• Manage large amounts of incoming e-mails, messages
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods / tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer requirements and contact the responsible persons on our UK / CZ facilities for to identify fast and optimal solve solutions for B2C clients
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and keep customers happy
• Achieve and maintain high level of seller performances on the B2C platforms
• Some further responsibilities related to our B2C platforms management will be also included in a later stage (proper training to be provided in site)

Cerinte

• Language skills:
o German: Medium level (mainly written communications will take place; spoken communications will be rarer)
o English: Medium/ high level.
• Proven customer support experience or customer service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong messages handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
