Customer Service Representative – Ploiesti
Location: Romania – Ploiesti
Join our client’s team to strategically manage customer relationships, process orders and inquiries, address feedback, and collaborate with internal departments. We are looking for professionals with excellent communication skills in Romanian and English, strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Comprehensive training on internal systems will be provided. The position requires working from the office in Ploiești for four days a week, with one day available to work from home.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Building professional relationships with customers.
- Processing of customer’s enquiries orders and forecasts.
- Processing of customer feedback (Supplier score cards, customer claims)
- Cooperation with internal departments in order to meet customer’s requirements and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction (Supply department, Logistics)
- Cooperation with internal departments to exchange customer and market information (Sales, Finance)
We are looking for you if you have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
- Educated to degree level preferably Business related subject or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work under stress, positive attitude
- Computer literate with high level proficiency in MS Office; company in house systems subject to internal training
- Good problem-solving abilities
