Responsabilities for GENERAL MANAGER civil construction (preferably structural design experience)

Key performance areas:
• Company development & administration (business development)
• People management (motivation and engagement)
• Determined and passionate in achieving the business objectives
• Rational thinking, results oriented based on solid arguments
• Drive, coordinate and lead strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have:
• Minimum 5 years experience on a similar position, preferably in a civil and/or industrial constructions field.
• Degree in architecture
• Positive and constructive attitude based on strategic thinking of mission, vision and values of the company
• Leadership profile proved by valuable achievements (business strategies implemented and proven results in a previous general manager role)
• Determined and passionate in achieving the business objectives
• Strategic viewer in terms of business organization for getting results and long term sustainability
• Specialist in managing complexity of sales, marketing, business development and administration of business
• Good Financial/Economic understanding. Excellent in the general manager role.
• Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills in order to build strategic and long term relationships.
