HR Office Assistant (with Health, Safety & Wellbeing tasks) – multinational company
Responsibilities:
- Will coordinate the SSM/PSI activities (specific trainings according to the legal requirements, also for new employees and SSM-SU documents signed);
- Will ensure that the medical control is realized (for new employees and periodically for the old ones)
- Will maintain contact with the building administrator and/or maintenance providers for the means of fire prevention and extinguishing (installations, alarm buttons, extinguishers, hydrants, etc.);
- Will represent the company in the event of ITM / ISU controls;
- Will participate in the research of work events (accidents, incidents) together with our Health & Safety provider;
- Will provide advice, support, and assistance on Health, Safety & Wellbeing topics to CEO, Managers and Staff
- Will register documents in internal applications
- Will coordinate the access of foreign persons to the office
- Liaising with suppliers and performing administrative tasks as per managers’ request
- Promote and ensure implementation of Wellness framework; roll out the initiatives locally; prepare communication to employees
- Participate in organizing and conducting local actions/initiatives in the area of wellness meant to contribute to increasing employee resilience and wellbeing
- Create a Wellness community, assessing needs and brainstorming new initiatives
- Active member of local CSR Committee participates and is actively involved in CSR campaigns (virtual or the on-site) focusing on the Health Pillar
- Provide continuous updates to HR and the management team about the implementation of the wellbeing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in initiating and rolling out HS initiatives (qualification in Work Health and Safety preferable)
- Passionate about Wellbeing
- Excellent communication organization and planning skills
- Proactive person and willing to learn new things and to influence change with all local stakeholders at all levels
- English (both spoken and in writing) – excellent level
- MS Office; particularly MS Excel.
