Responsabilities as HUB Manager FMCG industry: 

– Manages the business in Romania
– Crafts business development plans and deal closing proposals
– Provides leadership and vision to identify the right partners, deal points: clients and providers
– Build channel scale by driving strategic deals with key partners
– Develops and manages detailed plans for new business validations and leading the sales team members from early stage business investigation / formulation through validation and to a decision to commercialize
– Engages in co-selling/sales support activities with partners and their customers for key opportunities
– Develops the organization to the highest levels of maturity, establishing a shared vision for the center embedded in the companies values and local culture, creating an environment for synergies between groups and a great place to work for the employees
– Structures the business as a competitive and profitable one in Romania
– Designs and implements the business development strategy
– Implements a functional business plan for promoting the business and attracting both clients and employees
– Represents the company in the relation with the State’s Institutions.


Minimum 5 years of related business experience in sales and business management/ operational experience
– Successful track record in managing teams and significant experience with business and channel development
– Higher education degree, MBA Studies will be an asset
– In depth knowledge of the local market
– Fluency in English
– Good entrepreneurial spirit, high tolerance for ambiguity, self-motivated/directed, flexibility and versatility
– Communication skills, recognized leader.
