Human Resources Manager

Main responsibilities

–       Creation of HR structures (creation of staff rules, the establishment of
HR processes for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employment and
termination for the Romanian site)
–       Responsible for the execution of all HR tasks such as recruitment,
onboarding, administration, time management, termination, performance
assessment, training & development of local employees.
–       Contact person for GDPR and internal communication.
–       Coordinates external partners.
–       Is the point of contact for partners, employees and supervisors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

–       Creation of HR structures (creation of staff rules, the establishment of
HR processes for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employment and
termination for the Romanian site)
–       Recruiting and hiring of employees
–       Keeping timesheets and vacation absences of local employees
–       Coordinate all administrative activities in the HR area
–       Manage the employee dossiers on site
–       Preparation of monthly payroll in accordance with current tax and
social security provisions and general rules and regulations in
coordination with our Partner
–       Implementing local labor law
–       Handling of all administrative formalities in connection with
employments, secondments and leavings
–       Coordinates annual mandatory health examinations
–       Ensure the annual performance process
–       Support of the local managing director and the heads of separate
departments on HR issues
–       Identify the quantity and quality of Development measures for
specialists and managers in collaboration with the department leaders
(Planning of courses, budget etc.)
–       Preparation of statistics
–       Ensure data protection (GDPR) in HR
–       Implementation of an ERP / SAP HR system
–       Support and assist Managing Director in all administrative tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•       Degree in business administrations/economics, or comparable
•       Multi-year professional experience in HR, Labor law and payroll
•       Very good English skills (Level B2 to C1 based on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
•       German language skills are an advantage
•       Very good knowledge of Romanian labor law
•       Good knowledge of IT applications; especially user skills in MS Office/ HR SAP-ERP.
•       Flexibility and ability to lead a department
•       Able to work under pressure
•       Team-minded
•       Intercultural competence and empathy
•       Willingness to travel on occasion
