Social Media Marketing Specialist – Hybrid Work (Brănești, Ilfov)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a related position with similar responsibilities
  • Languages: Knowledge of both Spanish and English is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Office package (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Campaign Experience: Marketing campaign management
  • Analysis and Management: Analytical and management skills
  • Proactivity and creativity
  • Internal and external customer orientation
  • Writing and synthesis skills

 

Main duties

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Supporting the development and planning of new projects
  • Create high-impact presentations
  • Conduct market research
  • Capture trends
  • Continuously monitor marketing campaign performance
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
