Junior Payroll Consultant
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated person, who likes to work with numbers, Excel tables and wants to learn more about payroll.
Main responsibilities:
- End to end monthly payroll processing introducing all data into the REVISAL system and preparing all monthly payroll forms;
- Setting up all contractual arrangements;
- Ensure the liaisons with financial authorities, labour authorities and any other authorities involved in the Romanian regulatory reporting related to payroll processing and personnel administration;
- Preparing various reports;
- You are committed to delivering work in accordance with legal deadlines;
- You will report to the Payroll Manager.
The following skills are required:
- University graduate (Economics, Mathematics, Cybernetics or similar)
- Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experience with DP Payroll;
- Excel at an intermediate level is essential
- Good English skills, oral and written;

- Working hours: 9-18 (1 h lunch break between 12-14) / flexibility
- Location: Bucharest, sector 1

- Employment contract: indefinite with a period of 90 days of probation; 45 days notice
