Juridical assistant

Responsabilitati

– Concept, drafting and editing of company works documents (contracts, powers of attorney, declarations etc.);
– Provides operational guidance for back-office activities;
– Manages the documents and data received, introduces these information in the internal records system, ensuring their accuracy;
– Collaborates with the team from which is part of and periodicaly report the results obtained to team coordinator;
– Preparing the company’s records by completing the appropriate registers;
– Provide the necessary information to the company’s customers and maintains the relationships with the company’s partners, actively involves in the projects undertaken;
– Administrative and organizational tasks, relationship duties with the company departments;
– Manage and archive all documents related to the business customers;
– Evidence of documents, information on clients or important documents;
– Secretarial activities (collection, selection, dissemination and archiving the documents of the company);
– Usual translation of documents form and into English;
– Updating the data base and specific tables of the department;
– Works closely with the sales team; collaboration with public institutions.

Cerinte

– University degree;
– Knowledge of English at advanced level (writing, speaking);
– Driving license category B;
– Knowledge of PC operating, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
