We are currently looking for a team member that will successfully represent our company and facilitate entry into the IKA sales channel, able to afterwards maintain and grow relationships.
Industry: Food
* Must have experience in the relevant product categories – either FROZEN or GROCERY (Bacanie)
Job type: Full time, Part time or Project based
City: Bucharest
Career level: Middle or Senior level
Requirements:
- Experience in sales of > 8 years
- Experience in sales of Food items to the IKA channel > 5 years
- Experience in the relevant product categories > 5 years
- Studies: university degree (preferably in an economics or business related field)
- Foreign languages: English
- Analytical mind, positive thinking, problem-solving capacity and good communication skills
- Driver’s license (B category) and relevant MS Office skills
Job description:
- Successfully enter the IKA channel with our portfolio
- Maintain and develop relationships, with a win-win attitude and a drive for joint profitable growth
- Negotiate contracts and terms
- Prepare budgets, proposals and plans, track progress and make needed adjustments
- Implement action plans and supervise the daily activity, from listing, logistics aspects, payment schedules and post-sale feedback
- Monitor competition products, campaigns, suggest pro-active and reactive measures
