Logistics Lead Romania – Agribusiness
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Responsible for logistics activities in Romania to enhance the current execution but also to support and develop new business areas in direct coordination with Business Unit Head and following the corporate SOPs guidelines as functional reporting will remain with the corporate.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create an “as it is” process mapping for further evaluation together with the supply chain analyst manager as well as necessary raw data for corporate reporting.
- To adhere to SOPs and guidelines previously elaborate for logistics in line with the local guidelines corresponding with the BU.
- To ensure that execution is run as per planning for feed, containerized grains or any other future business line. Scalation point for the execution team.
- To ensure that we have all resources in place, staff, contracts, logistics contracts and any other aspect to fulfill the requirements of the season
- To work with corporate team to develop long term plans and projects to cop with the growth of the company in any of the lines of business.
