Location: Bucharest, office job
PURPOSE – GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure efficient supply chain activities in order to achieve projects as per client requirements and orders. Registers, checks and manages inventory.
- Ensure the import of materials needed for production in order to meet clients’ requirements and orders;
- Ensures timely and quality transportation of all materials (components, equipment, finished products), both internally and abroad;
- Ensures the management of the product flow from factory to site;
- Ensures the transport capacities within the agreed time frame;
- Ensures the installation capabilities within the agreed time frame;
- Ensures the improvement of the logistics processes;
- Ensures product inventory monitoring: inventory quantities are checked on a daily basis in accordance with the internal regulations and legal provisions;
- Identifies the specific inventory management documents in order to accurately complete the performed operations: file indexes, delivery sheets, requisitions forms, etc;
- Accurately records transport and installation documents according to the internal and legal procedures;
- Checks the status of the products in stock periodically according to the internal rules and the manufacturer’s quality standards;
- Responsible for providing and transmitting accurate and timely information to collaborators;
- To be constantly up to date with news and novelties in the professional field;
- To respond to all requests from management in order to perform given tasks;
- To comply with company’s regulations and policies
COMPETENCES (AUTHORITIES):
Has access to DB2 database as per company’s policy
Introduces data in DB2 in order to issue offers, orders, delivery notes, invoices
Has authority to coordinate with other departments
Can make decisions related to transportation costs, transportation providers
Engineering or commercial degree
Logistics experience
System and database experience, advanced Microsoft-office user knowledge
Good negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and scheduling capabilities
Customer-oriented thinking
Capability for continuous logistics process improvement
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Team working skills
Reporting skills
Driving license
Language skills:
o Romanian: mother tongue
o English: fluent (min. level B2)
