Marketing specialist


• Manages, implements and follows-up operational procedures associated with brand’s activity in Romania:
o new door openings
o new product launches
o preparing prices recommendations based on the indications provided by the brand
o fill rate analysis reports (delivery rate)
o products portfolio update according to guideline from the brand / region (new products additions, products to be discontinued, products to be inactivated)
o MOC (month of coverage) analysis report (stocks versus sales)
o Label translation
• Forecasting for new products (saleable, testers, samples) and / or regular products and/or merchandising elements (visual merchandising displays)
• Accurate forecasting for insuring planning accuracy (stocks versus sales based on historical data evolution)
• Advise all relevant departments of product discontinuations
• Participates in formulation of marketing calendar with the entire marketing team
• Cooperates& communicates with the other internal departments for insuring a proper organizational flow and making sure that tasks are accomplished (logistics, demand planning, sales – Key Account Managers)
• Liaise with external vendors to implement promotional events and campaigns the marketing manager agreed with the retailers
• Effectively handle daily ad-hoc issues on a timely manner
• Ensures excellence execution of marketing plans/calendars and major launches
• Closely communicates and cooperates with brand’s local and regional team: Marketing Manager, Education Manager, Key Account Managers, Matrix Manager)
• Daily communication with Demand planning & marketing regional teams
• Insures informational support for the sales team (example: new products templates, photos of products, prices, etc)
• Manages and uses all informational platforms the brand’s provides for accomplishing daily activity
• Sales analysis& competition monitoring


University Degree education or equivalent
Good knowledge in using English language (speaking & writing)
Frequent user of Excel
Minimum experience (1 – 2 years) of relevant experience in marketing / commercial department
