Order processing Responsible Romania

Your tasks on board:

o Responsible for customer order entry in the ERP system

o Price check

o Delivery date check

o Delivery- and invoice address check

o Check quantities (standard packing + MOQ´s)

o Commission check

o Global project linking

o Examination of goods availability and if necessary, consultation with production planning

department in France and Germany

o Final inspection and approval of the customer orders entered

o Maintenance of customer master data

o Entering sample orders in the system

o Creation of invoices

o Dealing with customs office for import questions

o Covering for inside sales colleagues

Your qualifications:

o Good command in English

o Good concentration + conscientiousness

o Flexibility, reliability and accuracy

o Team player, able to work in a small team

o Growth as a motivating factor
