Responsabilities as Personal Assistant:

– Secretarial activities (database, daily agenda of meetings and activities, welcoming guests etc.)
– Travel arrangements, visas etc.
– Drafting various documents, presentations, reports
– Support for daily activities, support for meetings (preparing documents, meeting minutes)
– Liaison with partners
– Mandate for bank operations
– Supervision of all ongoing activities and deadlines
