Product manager


  • Considers Brand objectives & marketing guidelines, cost of goods or pricing objectives, manufacturing feasibility and local market or competitive trends to:
    • Make product assortment
    • Assists in the development of budgets
    • Builds relationships with business partners and key customers
    • Spearheads all procedures, forms, analysis, and reports critical to the execution of marketing plans
    • Promotes and protects brands identity: Ensures that brand image and position are properly maintained in people and materials, in accordance with standards
    • Propose and give marketing support to the sales team in the execution of product launches, on re-promote initiatives and counter make-up events
    • Work closely with the Balkans Regional Marketing Manager to provide Romanian specific feedback on business and market trends, coordinate information flow and contribute plans
    • Engage in business analysis, more specifically sub category analysis, in order to manage inventory situation and to identify opportunities to drive business growth
    • Create & Execute 360 Launch & Re-promote plans according to Brand Strategy – including allocation, display, launch mechanics etc.
    • Alignment and timely execution of launches, promotions, animations, setup display
    • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
    • Create content for press releases and articles
    • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
    • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships & advertising on an on-going basis.
    • Manages and follows-up operational procedures associated with new door openings / market launches, ensuring on-time project completion
    • Oversees forecasts to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels
    • Effectively handle daily ad-hoc issues on a timely manner
    • Partners and coordinates processes among other functions to deliver marketing plans / projects
    • Collaborates with Managers of Retail Operation & Resident Trainers to effectively achieve marketing goals
    • Service, handle and communicate with beauty editors & bloggers
    • Service, Handle and communicate with beauty industry – make-up artists, stylists, fashion designers, models
    • Raise awareness of the brand


  • University level education
    • Experienced in marketing and PR fields
    • Knowledge of CRM
    • Knowledge of retail business
    • Experienced on events planning
    • Excellent use of the English language
    • Excellent MS Excel user
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant product marketing experience, preferably in the cosmetics or fragrance or consumer goods business
