Responsabilities as Recruitment Manager:
• Educated to university degree level
• At least three years experience in recruitment role, preferably in an IT organisation
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers
• The post holder will be computer literate with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of online candidate sourcing and applicant tracking systems would be an advantage
• People management skills.
• Lead the recruitment process in the company
• Be a Trusted Partner for the departments of the company in order to ensure an understanding of future growth plans and the need for pipeline creation to ensure recruitment needs of the business.
•Ensure the reporting of progress and status of the open vacancies to key stakeholders.
• Continual review of the recruitment processes ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency gains
• Develop the Company’s employer branding by building external relationships.
