Restaurant Manager

 

Location: Sinaia

 

Customer Experience

*Seek and monitor guest feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly and proactively seeking ways to enhance guest experiences.

* Train and coach staff on delivering exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving issues.

Operations

* Manage the team and restaurant operations, assign tasks and responsibilities and develops the team

* Collaborate with back of house and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence

* Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness in all guest interactions.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.

* Monitor table turnover, reservations, and waitlists to optimize seating and guest flow

* Ensure food and beverages are prepared and presented according to established quality standards

* Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs related to food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.

* Plan and execute special events, private parties, and catering services when applicable

* Ensure successful event execution, from planning to service.

* Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

* Ensure that restaurant equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

* Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, including revenue and cost projections.

* Implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.

* Collaborate with the management team to set menu prices and items that balance profitability with guest satisfaction

* Monitor sales trends, track revenue, and implement strategies to increase sales.

* Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

* Generate inventory reports to track stock levels and minimize waste.

Team Management & Development

* Hire, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff

* Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and service standards

* Conduct regular performance evaluations for restaurant staff, providing feedback and setting performance goals

* Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, resolving conflicts when necessary.

Systems & Software Management

* Ensure that all staff members are trained to use POS systems and other restaurant software effectively, troubleshooting any issues as they arise
