RISK MANAGER – AGRIBUSINESS
Introduction
The role of a Risk Manager is to communicate risk policies and processes for the Group. Provide hands-on development of risk models and provide research and analytical support. Risk Manager must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business processes.
· Implement, design and built full Enterprise Risk Management framework covering strategic, operational, financial, credit and compliance risks.
· Coordinate the risk management process at Group level in order to identify the major risk areas within Group entities.
· Create the general framework for risk management activities within the Group.
· Calculate Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance levels and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) with associated thresholds.
· Compile Corporate Risk register and facilitated workshops with business management & key risk owners to evaluate residual exposures and determine apropriate mitigation measures.
· Document mitigation strategies associated with significant risks.
· Create the general risk mapping.
· Monitore the key risks applicable in industry.
· Develope risk reporting in an appropriate way for different audiences.
· Develope risk assessments, models and calculations using quantification methods while reviewing the risk management methods to ensure appropriate balance between cost and benefits
· Monitor developments in risk management (national & european legislation, conferences, papers, research, seminars, etc.) and markets or industry to see which risks are arising that may have an impact on the Group.
· Conduct, facilitate and manage the Annual Corporate Risk Assessment ensuring that results are reported accurately to relevant stakeholders (Board and Top Executives).
· Develope Group Risk Culture and provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.
· Implemente an automated Enterprise Risk Management Platform

· Relevant work experience in the field of Risk Management of at least 5 years is a must. This should include working at in Agriculture industry with exposure to farming, commodity trading and international trade.
· Relevant work experience Agriculture industry including exposure to farming, commodity trading and international trade for at least 5 years.
Relevant Qualification
Minimum qualifications to include following:
· Degree in Finance or Business
· Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification may be beneficial
· Advanced MS office skills including use of Power App, Power BI, Power Automate and Excel
