Sales Director – TOY INDUSTRY

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, at least 2 years as Sales Director.
  • Experience in toy industry is a plus.
  • Working sales experience in Hypermarkets, Department Stores, book stores;
  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Communicational and organizational skills, as well as team spirit;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs;
  • Fluent in the English language;
  • Driving license.

Responsibilities:

    • Sales Development
    • Processing, Developing and implementing “win-win” relationships with customers
    • Direct contact with the key buyers of the customers
    • Coordinate with all departments to service customer
    • Enforce and overlook that all sales terms and agreements are upheld
    • Monitor the competition in order to be pro-active towards the customers
    • Prepare presentations with the cooperation of all relative depts. (marketing, trade marketing, sales administration)
    • Develop and integrate the sales plan by customer
    • Select products and quotas in alignment with the target
    • Launch and promote new brands, products
    • Plan orders and shipments to customer per month
    • Plan the shelf space and merchandising program
    • Assist in the development of the promotional plan
    • Participation in industry trade shows
    • Market research
    • Control of inventory – Manage sell through
