Desired qualifications and mental capability requirements
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales ;
- Excellent selling and communication skills ;
- Heavy duty truck aptitude ;
- Bachelor of Engineering or proven work experience in truck and trailer repair service or truck and trailer parts sales ;
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word ;
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills, selling over phone skills ;
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
- Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience is a plus ;
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Strengthen long term customer relationship ;
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize the sales effort
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by udpating account information regularly
- This position includes traveling abroad for work porpuses
Other requirements
- Driving license;
- Excellent english written and verbal communication skills.
- You can be from anywhere in Romania, since the position is remote.
