Area Sales Manager Power Tools


– Actively promote the entire product range of the company on the assigned territory
– Implement and follow the trade policy and marketing strategy of the company
– Develop relationships with the existing dealers through regular visits to their headquarters and maintain very good communication
– Find new dealers and provide solutions to their needs
– Conduct negotiations and maintain contacts with potential dealers
– Conduct negotiations with the dealers, advise in choosing the right product range and close deals
– Follow every deal until its finalization, resp. provides the necessary documentation, follow up customer payment, delivery, etc.
– Maintain daily contacts with the dealers and provide feedback on their satisfaction and new opportunities
– Achieve high sales results with regard to the set targets
– Prepare market analysis, reports and sales forecasts


– Higher education (preferably technical);
– Strong communicational, interpersonal, presentational and customer service skills
– Understanding of sales procedures, processes and operations
– Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
– Self-driven and creative
– Result oriented, highly responsible and proactive
– Ability to work in a team
– Excellent computer literacy
– Fluent in spoken and written English
– Clean driving license B category and ability to travel around the country and abroad

– Knowledge, experience and contacts within the DIY and professional hand and power tools market
– B2B and direct sales experience
