Responsabilitati

The Accounting Service center provides critical SAP and general accounting support as well as business optimization and implements projects to service the global business. The accounting Service Center develops, deploys, maintains and supports the SAP ERP, PI and BI systems. This is centralized and gives support to several countries around the world.

The accounting support team is responsible for the support of FI / CO modules as well as the reporting. The team is responsible for the incident/problem management, configuration and customizing as well as training and user/authorization management. The team is also supporting the in-house build interface between our trading and traffic system and SAP.

Within our Accounting Services team you will be responsible to assist in the optimization of our finance and accounting processes in SAP ECC as well as the implementation of new functionality in our global environment. Next to that you will give support in the releases of our SAP footprint in new offices.
You will continuously develop and enhance the application and provide solutions for the business owners as well as the key users. This is an English and Dutch speaking environment.

Your tasks are the support and maintenance of the SAP FICO environment as well as taking a leading role in smaller projects to enhance and develop the current environment. You will also conduct training and assist the Business Analysts in the evaluation of changes.

The position encompasses the following tasks:
 Provide support on a daily basis to our global users
 Monitor, analyze, and optimize business processes and interfaces
 iDoc analysis of failed items and subsequent follow-up
 Maintenance of master data
 Testing of changes and coordination of regression testing across global sites
 Work closely with internal customers to maintain existing, and implement new solutions
 SAP releases in our remote offices according to our global footprint, together with our in-house build trading and traffic system that interfaces to SAP.

Cerinte

We are looking for candidates with:
 Several years of FI (New GL, AP, AR) and CO experience in customizing and testing
 Experience in working with iDocs
 Good understanding / knowledge of Accounting, Controlling and Finance processes
 Proficient in the configuration, design and implementation SAP FI-CO, including New-GL, AP, AR and AA
 Analytical perception, structured way of working and an ability to get things done
 Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
 Strong team player and can-do approach
 Experience with SAP HCM, working with BI and PI integration is a plus.
 Knowledge of S4 HANA is a plus
 Bachelor’s degree or more in accounting, finance or related field
 Good written and verbal communication skills English and Dutch;
 Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and Outlook
 SAP Certification in FICO, ECC 6.0
